Youth Peace Foundation is once again bringing for you “Walk for Peace” on International Day of Peace, 21st September.

YPF has always worked hard towards building peace amongst youth in the nation. Started just a year ago, the upcoming event is expected to bring around 20,000 people from across the country.

Event will take place simultaneously across 13 Indian cities: Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Ranchi, Varanasi, Pune, Amritsar. A walk will be taken by all the participants around the venue, then to be followed by speeches on Peace by some eminent people, videos on peace, Musical performances by drummers and bands. The national event will conclude with all the participants signing in on the Peace flex.

Many dignitaries and political leaders will honor the Event with their presence. Marking the 30th anniversary of International Day of Peace, Event offers a unique forum to build consensus and chart the best path forward for global peace.

Two U.K based NGOs “Peace one Day” and “Eliminate domestic violence” have joined hands with us. Prominent NGOs like Raj Vidya Kendra, Prem Sagar Foundation and Times Foundation have also joined in. All India Radio and Anjan TV are the media partners for the same.
