Youth Peace Foundation organized a 2 day training/workshop for coordinators and new members on January 24-25, 2015 in Delhi. Enthusiastic volunteers across India participated in the training to celebrate the success of past events and to plan for the new year 2015. The workshop on Day 1 kick-started with debriefing of events and activities held in 2014 in various cities across India, followed by brain-storming session where many new ideas regarding future events were discussed. The workshop also included various activities for participants which focused on Team-building and Team-coordination learnings. The day ended with a bon-fire party where everyone enjoyed brilliant music, danced their heart out and grabbed snacks in the meanwhile. The 2nd day focused on motivational videos, planning new initiatives for future events in 2015. This was followed by question-answer round where participants gained clarity over their doubts and team-building games for everyone. The session ended with smiling faces of participants and enthusiasm among them to go back to their cities and drive the spirit of ypf with new vigor.
