Youth Peace Foundation Delhi team Organised a fabulous event in Apna Ghar Vridh Ashram for Old Age People.

Theme of the event was Humanity and Peace. Team did various activities there. Center of attraction of the event was video presentation of Humanity and Peace by Prem Rawat.

Participants had also shared their views on Humanity and Peace. Everyone enjoyed the event. Team got appreciation from Director and participants. They invited the team to organise the event again.

Health and Hygiene Activity in New Delhi

Delhi YPF Team organised a Health and Hygiene Activity in Govt Co-education Sr. Secondary School, New Delhi.

In this event, YPF gave awareness about Health & Hygiene to students and taught them five steps of hand wash along with video presentation and also shared the benefits of Cleanliness.

All the students actively participated in the activity and answered all the questions asked by team about health and hygiene.

The activity is also appreciated by authorities over there. It will boost team’s morale to do this in an energetic way.

Cleanliness Campaign in Bindapur, New Delhi

Delhi YPF Team organised a Health and Hygiene Activity in MC Primary School at Uttam Nagar New-2/1 Near Bindapur, New Delhi.Team YPF did this activity to bring awareness about hygiene to students of the school and taught them about the benefits of Cleanliness.

All the students actively participated in activity and also enjoyed the question-answer session, where we asked questions about health and hygiene.

The activity was also appreciated by Chief Guest and faculty there.They appreciated the activity and also requested us to perform this type of activity in most of their schools.

Chief Guest at the event presented his thoughts about health and hygiene. His address was followed by a Handwash activity with students and we taught them the proper way of washing hands.

Swachhta Campaign Conducted by YPF in Janakpuri District Park, New Delhi

Every responsible organisation, society and individual always come forward in creating a peaceful and healthy society not for a day or two but always. YPF is an association of such responsible and vigilant individuals and hence they join hands to inculcate the sense and importance of cleanliness in the life of Delhites. The team did a wonderful “Swachhta Campaign” to mark 150th anniversary of India’s Father of Nation this October and also to extend support to the government vision of clean and neat country.

About 42 young volunteers did a cleaning drive at Janakpuri B block District Park. The people around readily acknowledged the efforts and thoughts of team and come forward to help them readily. Not just the youngsters but even the old people in the park came forward and helped the Ypf enthusiasts to clean the premises

The activity was a hit and people around made a pledge to keep their surroundings clean. The appreciation teammates received motivates them to conduct such activity in coming future.

YPF has organised an event in Maharaja Surajmal Institute,Delhi

Another feather in the hat of YPF Delhi is the activity organized at Maharaja Surajmal Institute (Technology) on 12th October 2019.

The youngsters from YPF delhi team did a fabulous job to inculcate the Humanity and Peace message in the young minds of MSI(T). The activity started 4 days before from 12th October in the form of an online photography contest on the theme “Let’s make Humanity and Peace a Reality”.

The response of students was overwhelming, due to which Contest was a hit and we received numerous entries from the students as per their understanding of humanity. The jury decided the winners which were awarded on the last and final day of celebration in MSI(T) Auditorium . The ceremony was an auditorium event where we had a Warm Up Session followed by an Animated Video Presentation, Quiz competition, Video message of Mr. Prem Rawat and an award ceremony to facilitate the winners of quiz.

Special mention for the Jury Members, Faculty members of MSI(T) whose tremendous support help us to execute things well. Students were also supportive and pro-active in taking things well, and showed their interest to support us in future activities.

Education for Humanity and Peace at AICTE

“Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all” and “Without Peace and Humanity, however good we become in business, however apparently successful we become in our careers, we will remain unfulfilled.” With these thoughts, Youth Peace Foundation and AICTE organized an event ‘’Education for Humanity and Peace’’ at AICTE Auditorium, New Delhi on 24th July, 2019.

Mr. Prem Rawat, who is known as Ambassador of Peace and international speaker was the main speaker of the event. He shared his remarkable thoughts on the topic of Humanity and Peace. He is spreading the message of Humanity and Peace for more than 52 years and has received various awards internationally from Governmental and prestigious educational institutions. He has spoken at various prestigious institutions.

The event was attended by AICTE and affiliated institution’s Chairperson, Vice-chancellors, directors, professors and students. The Participants were jubilant to be a part of this amazing event. They expressed their views and said message of humanity and peace is the need of an hour and efforts of Mr. Prem Rawat are really remarkable. They also said that Initiative of Youth Peace Foundation towards developing the culture of Humanity and Peace is commendable.

The Business of Life at NCUI

Humanity and Peace are the fundamental need of human beings and each individual on the face of this Earth should strive for establishing the same to live a happy and peaceful life. With this thought, Youth Peace Foundation has organized an event based on the theme of Humanity and Peace titled as “The Business of Life” at NCUI Auditorium & Convention Centre, New Delhi on 21st July, 2019.

The event was comprised of speech of “Ambassador of Peace” Mr. Prem Rawat, an International speaker on the topic of Humanity and Peace, who is spreading message of Humanity and Peace for more than 52 years and has received various awards internationally from governmental and prestigious educational institutions. Prem Rawat expressed that worldwide efforts are made towards establishing peace, however first people need to experience peace in their hearts and then only there can be peace in the world.

Among participants, dignitaries and personalities from Politics, Social organisations and Government sector were invited as guests and many people and students from the world of media, corporate, social sector and educational institutions attended the event. The Participants have expressed their views and took part in Question and Answer Session actively. They said “Message of Humanity and Peace is the need of hour and efforts of Mr. Prem Rawat are really remarkable. Initiative of Youth Peace Foundation towards developing the culture of Humanity and Peace is also commendable.

Youth Peace Foundation organized a Panel Session on Media for Humanity and Peace

Humanity and Peace are the fundamental need of human beings and each individual strives for establishing the same to live a happy and peaceful life. Media is the most significant channel of information and communication in various formats – print, electronic and digital content. Due to the enhanced role of media in the society, promoting humanity and fostering a culture of peace also becomes an integral responsibility for media.

With this thought, the Youth Peace Foundation organised a panel discussion at Constitution Club of India, Delhi on November 12th, 2018 on the topic of ‘Media for humanity and Peace’. The panel was comprised of Keynote speaker Mr. Prem Rawat, Ambassador of Peace, who is spreading the message of Humanity and Peace for more than 52 years and has received various awards internationally. Prem Rawat expressed that worldwide efforts are made towards establishing peace, however first people need to experience peace in their hearts and then only there can be peace in the world. Today, the need for peace is felt than ever before and the peace that people are looking for outside resides within the heart of each human being. He said there are hatred and humbleness as well inside people, there is jealousy as well as kindness, there is sorrow as well as peace. He defined distinctly about the heart and mind and said it is the evil within the mind that takes over and has become the biggest threat. When every individual will start to resonate with the kindness and peace in their heart, that in the truest sense will be an accomplishment for humanity.

Among other eminent speakers were Mr. Saeed Naqvi, Senior Indian journalist, television commentator and interviewer; Dr. Anurag Batra, Chairman and Editor in Chief – BW Business World and xchange4media; Mr. Mr. KG Suresh – Director General of Indian Institute of Mass Communications (IIMC) and Dr.Ajit Pathak – National President, Public Relations Society of India. Ms. Sheetal Rajput – Deputy Editor, News 24 channel, and Ms. Meenakshi Sheron – anchor and journalist, moderated the panel sessions. Dignitaries and personalities from Social organisations, print and electronic Media, Government sector and mass communication institutions were invited as guests and more than 200 People from the world of media, education, corporate and social sector attended the event as delegates. Mr. Jotirmoy Roy, Senior Journalist, Columnist, and Feature writer concluded the session with the vote of thanks.

YPF organized a 2 days Training/Workshop on 24th & 25th Jan 2015

Youth Peace Foundation organized a 2 day training/workshop for coordinators and new members on January 24-25, 2015 in Delhi. Enthusiastic volunteers across India participated in the training to celebrate the success of past events and to plan for the new year 2015. The workshop on Day 1 kick-started with debriefing of events and activities held in 2014 in various cities across India, followed by brain-storming session where many new ideas regarding future events were discussed. The workshop also included various activities for participants which focused on Team-building and Team-coordination learnings. The day ended with a bon-fire party where everyone enjoyed brilliant music, danced their heart out and grabbed snacks in the meanwhile. The 2^nd day focused on motivational videos, planning new initiatives for future events in 2015. This was followed by question-answer round where participants gained clarity over their doubts and team-building games for everyone. The session ended with smiling faces of participants and enthusiasm among them to go back to their cities and drive the spirit of ypf with new vigor.

YPF Art for Peace at Sundar Nagari, East Delhi!

Peace is not something that has to be talked about only for the world, but it is the most fundamental basic utmost inner need of every human being. It is not the subject of mind but of the heart. It has not to be defined or put into the golden box of philosophies. Heart wants experience of the truth. Truth provides contentment and then you are at peace. Who will take the initiative to let one and all know about the inner kingdom where peace dwells in everyone’s heart?

Youth Peace Foundation took the responsibility of creating the ‘Culture of Peace’ amongst each and every individual. On the occasion of Lohri (13th January, 2015) YPF organized an event competitions on ‘Art for Peace’ and ‘Write for Peace’ at St. Stephens Community (NGO), Sunder Nagari, East Delhi which provides facilities like food and education to nearby slum kids. About 60 students participated and their write-ups and drawings were very unique as well as inspiring and meaningful.

The event was inaugurated by Dr. Amod Kumar, MD, St. Stephen Community and Mr. Dev Raj, MD, Emmanuel Seva Group. They stressed how important are food, education, and Peace as the basic necessities for a human being. Best four students were awarded certificates by YPF.

At the end Mr. Dev Raj introduced a revolutionary concept and encouraged all to introduce oneself as “I am Peace”.
