This Website is made available by Youth Peace Foundation under the following terms: Persons (Hereinafter referred to as “Users”) who access use or contribute to Youth Peace Foundation (Hereinafter referred to as “YPF”) Web Site at https://www.youthpeacefoundation.org. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) hereby agree to the terms governing their usage set forth below (except for reading this agreement for the first time). Kindly refrain from using this Website if you do not agree with these Terms.
General User Restrictions
2.1 If a User contributes material to the YPF Website, he or she grants YPF a royalty-free, irrevocable, continuous, non-exclusive license and right to use any and all rights under any copyrights, publicity rights, trademark, and other proprietary rights embodied in such material, in whole or in part, worldwide, and/or to incorporate said materials in other works in any medium now known or hereafter developed for as long as any such copyright or similar right may exist in such material. User also consents to other Users accessing the YPF Website to view, store or reproduce the material for that person’s personal use.
2.2 The YPF Website contains copyrighted and trademarked materials and other proprietary information. The entire contents of the YPF Website is copyrighted as a collective work. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in this paragraph, no User may copy, modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, without YPF’s prior express written and signed consent. Provided a User maintains the copyright notice attached to material, he or she may download said material. Such material may be stored on the User’s computer or one copy printed out for the User’s personal non-commercial use only. Redistribution and re-publication without the express written consent of YPF is prohibited.
2.3 If any User contributes to the YPF Website, YPF is not responsible for any errors or omissions in such material. The user undertakes not to contribute any material which is unlawful, libelous or obscene and further not to infringe any unauthorized copyright or trademark. The User contributing material shall be solely liable for any injury or damage caused thereby be it indirect, punitive special, incidental or consequential resulting from their submitted material and shall indemnify and shall at all times hold YPF harmless from and against any loss, injury or damage from the material, so used.
If a User proposes to submit copyrighted material to the Website, he or she must obtain permission from the original author to use his or her copyrighted material.
2.4 This license agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed under the relevant laws of India.
2.5 The user accepts sole responsibility for the adequate protection and backup of data and/or equipment used in connection with the Website and will not make a claim against YPF for lost data, re-run time, inaccurate output, work delays or lost profits resulting from the use of the Website.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The Website is provided in its “as is” condition. YPF makes no warranties, either express or implied, or guarantees of any kind.
Limitation of Liability
The User acknowledges that YPF is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any other individuals who access or use its Website. YPF is specifically not liable for a User’s ability or inability to access or use its Website.
Variation
YPF retains the right to terminate or modify the terms and conditions of this license agreement at any time without requiring to provide notice of such modifications to the Users of the Website. Any use of the Website after such changes shall be deemed an acceptance of the changes. YPF may change or discontinue any aspect of its Website at any time, and such changes and/or discontinuation shall fall within these Website terms.
Agreement
By using the Website, the User agrees to the above terms and agrees further that YPF has fulfilled its obligations under this agreement by providing the User with access to its Website.
