In this era of 21st century which is modern and civilized, how many among us think about quintessential – “Freedom”. Independence Day is coming soon and whole country will be patriotic for a day or two to enjoy our freedom. But was colonial not good? The sublime interference and dictatorship was bad and needs no discussion and that’s why only the mere thought of sacrifices of freedom fighters and that slavery bond can give Goosebumps to anyone. Isn’t it?

But even after seven decades of being an independent country what we had achieved!! My write up is to awaken a sense of responsibility in everyone, to inculcate reasoning and to ask each one of you, what you drove out of our independence?

It’s really not about a country, society, gender or race, I am talking about the autarky of every living entity – Human Beings. When a child is born, more than 18 hours he sleeps, slowly when he grows the cycle start changing and this is all innate, no one teaches the kid how to sleep, wake, cry or laugh. So all this invoke that we are imparted a sense automatically and this is magical. And when this kid reaches to a stage where he starts going high school, college, university, job etc. they are supposed to be mature enough to take their own decisions and do good/bad to society as per their understanding. But let me ask you when everyone breathes same oxygen, eat similar kind of food, have similar body shape, have similar kind of education why they are different? I have not seen any two individuals with same understanding and same recoiling behavior whosoever they are not even in the twins, why??

The Narrative of all this contingency is straightforward and lays in the sophisticated fundamental capability of human being that no one behaves naturally. As soon as we started growing, we are being fed up with behavioral complications and accordingly we start adapting. This is the only reason children are called pious and truthful but contrary to this, adults are hypocrites and ersatz.

The most ferocious reality is God/Allah/Waheguru/Bhagwan, whosoever you think; created this Earth did it for human beings to understand the essence of life and know oneself but majority among us lead it just passing the buck on one another and establish fake supremacy. What is left in so called civilized society is all about ego, being prejudice and behaving like a robot that is being programmed to do certain tasks like study, get married, earn, dance, do this, do that and so on.

I don’t have habit to point out only; I will explain the rationale behind this fact. I felt contentment in my life and used to take myself Independent, self-determined and self-legislated. But When I listened Mr Prem Rawat , he once said, “When we close the door behind us while entering a room, we felt that we are alone but actually no – the lust, anger, greed and other virtual realities are always moving along with us.” He further added that “Majority of things in our life we do out of contemplation that what society will say, how people will react and other added hogwash.” And hence this statement breaks the argument of each one of us who act themselves Free and liberal.

We think ourselves free and without any curtailment but actually we are no one divergent to bonded labor. Just to keep our self-esteem rake up we have tied ourselves in invisible manacles of system, society, hierarchy, beliefs, opinions and swank. And this bondage is inevitable as it’s fed into us since the time we started speaking or walking. No one has the ability to change the whole world but I believe at least we can try to change ourselves. The first step to this change is – “Respect every individual and be empathetic.” No one should act overweening. May be we live a dreadful dominating life and keep boasting it off throughout but end of the day, everyone among us will die and what this boastfulness will add in your existence. Nothing!! Absolutely Nothing!!

We are born and this is a Gift, please don’t waste it.

It’s me, my father and mother at home. Once I had an argument with them and I left home. I was crying and I started walking toward hillside. I kept walking for many hours – Passing across the flock of sheep, I reached a pond with lotus blooming in it and bumblebees humming over them sucking nectar. I felt thirsty and wanted to drink water but the lotus pond was not having clean water so I sit on stone nearby and started looking around. An old man came towards me and asked me why I was crying? I begged him for food and water as I came running and was very thirsty. He pointed his finger towards a chest of gold coins shining at a distance. He asked me to go and pick some gold coins and buy food for myself from the market nearby to that place. I cried with joy and start moving towards the chest but as I took my first step; the old man warned me, “You can go and take as many coins you want but there is a magical ointment rubbed on all the coins and once you touch them you will only be alive for 6 hours; after that you will die.”

I got aghast with the thought of dying. I stood horror struck for a while and many thoughts flashed my mind in a while. I came on verge of fainting and I realized that I had come far from my house with no idea how to go back. The sun was about to set and I stumbled over a piece of rock and fell down. Rolling down the cliff, I hit my head with a cactus standing on one side and my forehead started bleeding. I managed anyhow, stood again and started running upside towards cliff. Very soon I realized that I had no energy left in me and so I started shouting for help. Within few seconds, someone hit me hard on back and asked loudly, “Why the hell are you shouting? What happened?” And I woke up.

It was just a dreadful dream and my mother hit me hard to wake me up. She was trying to wake me up since long time but I was not willing to leave the bed. But this dream advocates inside me numerous questions that how much money is important for anybody? If given a choice between money and life – what will be the choice of many?

Life is irresistible – But does it prevail for every individual? Umm! This is so subjective and mind wobbling.

For Filthy Rich – might be its tempting and seductive, for average living household – it can be compelling and a fine fettle to go along with but what about the poor, who cannot even afford to have regular meals to staunch their hunger?

When I grew up and had that much ability to comprehend, my reasoning about this ugly candour that how much money, materialistic possessions and opulence can make a person truly happy and satisfied started haunting me day and night so I tried to find the answer of this extremely back breaking question.

By God grace I had a lavish life and I encountered millions of people till now from rags to pile of abundance from East to West, but unfortunately or fortunately I could not come across even one single person who had no grudges or complaints and was extremely satisfied. Again I retaliated and countered myself with pool of thoughts if these numbers that I encountered with can be taken as a sample size for such a vast population living in a phase of this Earth? My small research work in my own ability then added up with extensive study and more conversations but to my utter surprise again I could not find one person – extremely happy and satisfied. The crux of all this matter is Money is Important but Money can’t make you happy or sad; Happiness and sadness is innate and it is as per the conviction of every individual in capacity of their own circumstances.

Wealth and such proposition are momentary and not long lasting. This is the ultimate truth; humans are created with apprehensions not to come, conquer and die but to know the true self of their being.

Socrates said – “Know thyself!”

And this simple yet profound statement lived centuries and survived this cruel world to sustain and live till today. My understanding of life and humans has made me reach to this conclusion that wealth is tempting but it is not the ultimate desire of any living being. The most precious thing with every individual is this life. If one is alive then only there are possibilities for every Individual to have wealth but once if you die, whole world’s wealth cannot make you alive.

Realistically If we think, almost everybody knows this but only few apply this to day today living. My idea to jot all this down is just to spark that thought of questioning inside every human being who will read this story that respect your life!! Start knowing yourself. Desires are never ending and they will come and go but life is one. Take care of it and lead with an example else many have come many have gone but only few are remembered for good.

Life is that facet of existence due to which we subsist. When I say we; it includes all Living beings on this phase of Earth.

Wind blows, flowers blooms, sky pours, sun shines, stars twinkle and much more happens all around whatsoever we can think about – any action or reaction; substance or nonentity; till somebody is alive; It has life. It can be human or it can be an animal the occurrence of numerous events pertains only till they have Life. Once Life goes every other thing continues as it is but that realm to feel something, conquer something, live any moment, accomplish any wish, imagine any twill becomes unrealistic and non-feasible which itself says the significance of LIFE.

We humans are considered as most supreme creation of Nature but our superiority is also confined to an utter sense of reality that it can only prevail till we are alive, till we have LIFE; the most beautiful gift of Nature to us.

Few like this gift, few dislike it but irrespective of Choices this is the omnipresent reality that without Life; we are mere dust and few other elements which will either be buried or burnt. But without going deep into Tragedies, I would like to bring everyone’s attention to the possibility that if you are alive- you have the platform, possibility, slot and feasibility to conquer all your desires and wishes – whatever it may be.

If we look around and see the current scenario, how many among the billions of this supreme creation of God are actually fulfilling their life, realize its importance and really go mile ahead to add betterment to themselves and others? How many of them only do productive and constructive things and essentially quenched the importance of this existence? How many really thank the Nature for this gift and motivates other as well to do same? Bitter but truth is rarely; only handful of people does recognize the uniqueness and preciousness of this life; most of them keep cursing the destiny or circumstances or people around them and just slog themselves till they take their last breath.
This is my perception that whatever I had mentioned here is nothing new, mostly everyone among us know this but I want to raise everybody conscience by this article that shall we change our way of living? Shall we keep slogging and complaining or we will take this opportunity to make this world a better place to live in?

I had not written anything to cry, crib and make complains but I just make an effort; a very small effort to instigate everybody who will read this to think once what they are doing and what they are supposed to do? I believe that at least now people should preclude the erroneous substances from their life. It is never too late for a new beginning and if each one of among us will look ahead for that fruitful beginning to make our lives a successful life, a meaningful life and add value to it, my purpose will be solved.

Every second 4 people are born and 2 people die and till today how many had born and how many had died but only I want to be one among them who made fruitful contribution to themselves and their society. We get one LIFE and I urge everyone to substantiate the wish Of Nature who gave us life by doing good things to ourselves and to our surroundings. Zillions of things are written and said about Life, what to do what not to do; how to make life

successful, do’s and donts’ of life and much more but I don’t want to exert my view point on anyone, I am requesting all to think once what they think should be Do’s and Donts’ of their lives so that they make the best out of their LIFE and consequently the best of their resources to do good to them and also to their society.

Call it nature, God or whatever you like; if we had got this chance in form of Gift called LIFE from them to fulfill ourselves then we will not be hesitant to step ahead and embrace it will full valor, strength and positivity.
