Taking a step towards humanity, Youth Peace Foundation team conducted and activity at Nehru garden on the occasion of International biodiversity day, 22 May.

In which some water bowls and Bajra were distributed among people for creating awareness towards protection of species. The initiative was supported by the Walkers who came for the morning walk at Nehru garden and helped to make the event successful.

Youth peace Foundation is a Non-governmental organization. The perspective on which it works are peace, humanity, health, and hygiene through which the quality of life people are living can be improved.

The event at Hero MotoCorp was the video coverage of Mr. Prem Rawat’s live event held at Infosys, Pune titled as “Business of Life”.

People were told that the message will be related to their daily life issues and is focused towards stress management and work life balance. They all were keen to hear him for the first time and to know his thoughts related to corporate life.

The best thing that happen was one of the topics took by Mr. Prem Rawat is related to Success, and wherein he clarifies the Success as something which should be derived from you and not some other fellow should decide it for you.

As appraisal month is going on so such a clarity on this age old problem is like a cherry on the cake. Everyone who is present in the auditorium calmly listened to his whole message of 50 minutes, and felt connected. Like always his message was related to each and every individual audience.

After the event a quiz related to subject matter of ‘Peace’ was conducted and goodies were distributed to the winners. The team of YPF is also very much eager to hold such more events in future as well.

Children participated with all their instinct and imagination so wonderfully that it was worth watching them playing with colours creatively and presenting so beautifully the essence of life – Peace. All including the staff, the parents who came and the volunteers who organized this competition for inspiring the children to peep into the domain of peace were so cheerful and full of enthusiasm. This initiative was appreciated by all. Especially the Art teacher expressed wish to be a part of it. Many of them were overwhelmed. A success it was. “Count the garden by the flowers, never by the leaves that fall….”

We know that the purest part of the society all around the globe is ‘children’. They symbolize love and harmony.

An untiring effort is going on at many places around the country to let people understand what Peace is. Here an effort was made at V.K.Memorial School for children to encourage them feel free to express their ideas and concepts about Peace through Art on the paper in colours. There were three groups of students from III to V, VI to VIII and IX-X. They were shown the videos – The Ant Story, Is Peace Possible? and YPF Website. Every drawing was so artistic and meaningful that the beauty of the inner instincts behind that was beyond words. Every child of whatever age group one was drew an essence. Every organizer, every staff and every parent were speechless. All of them thanked the organization for awaking the children and the youth leading them towards the greatest goal of life ‘Peace’. “…The world is moved along, not only by the mighty shoves of its heroes, but also by the aggregate of the tiny pushes of each honest worker.”

In this endeavour ‘Art for Peace’ was organized at Ram Krishna Institute, Ghaziabad where students from class III to XII, in four various groups depending on the class level, got an opportunity to express their views through Art on Peace. They were so full of creative ideas as well as positive energy that we elders are to learn a lot from their beautiful approach and so was the environment there among the staff, parents and the organizers. Each and everyone felt grateful to the organization for conducting such a beautiful event and through this carving the true Peace in the hearts of the children.
